They process all of the drilling mud from the flow line before the mud reaches the primary drilling fluids shale shaker. the unit has no moving parts and relies on the density difference between the gas and the mud for removal. The process is simple, yet very effective for well drilling fluids system. In the process of using the vacuum degasser, maybe there is some unavoidable breakdown.

What if vacuum extent of vacuum degasser is not enough?

The reasons as follows:

1.The vacuum pump without enough water, or without water.

2.The bolt connection or vacuum seal is not good.

3.The suction pipe or drain pipe is not immersed in the mud.

The relevant solutions:

1.Fill the vacuum pump with water.

2.Fasten the bolt or seal the leak of vacuum tank.

3.Be immersed in the mud.
